Have you ever thought of using cassava in the kitchen and making some dishes with this delicious drink? If not, it is time for small experiments. And do not forget that the basis of every tasty and healthy meal should be good ingredients. Quality labels like Classic, Regional Food, or so-called Bio-zeros should not disappoint you. Enjoy your meal!

Are you looking for a lunch recipe to enchant your guests, but you do not spend hours in the kitchen? Then the truncated pork is ideal - it basically fills itself. Best tasting with sour cucumber and roasted pastry, such as hamburgers.

Ingredients - 6 Servings:
800 g of pork shoulder
250 ml of cider
2 cloves of garlic
1 smaller onion
5 teaspoons ground smoked peppers
hot pepper according to your taste
half, pepper

Pour the pork well enough, pepper and taste both smoked and hot pepper. If the meat has a higher fat layer, cut it several times.
Put the meat into a pan that can be folded over and pour in the must.
Add peeled and crushed garlic cloves and chopped onions to the baking pan.
Put the pan over and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake 30 minutes. and then lower the temperature to 150 ° C.
Bake for another 4 hours or until the meat crumbles. During the baking process, fry the meat occasionally.
Remove the finished meat and pull the fork into the fibers.
Reduce the juice with garlic and onions, if necessary, and stir into the flesh.

Did you know that you can use cider instead of milk or cream? Together with cinnamon and grated apple it forms an irresistible autumn combination.

Ingredients - 12 Servings:
300 g of flour flour
250 ml of must
Grated bark of 1 lemon
1 apple
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 eggs
100 g of butter
1 baking powder
100 g of semolina sugar
1 vanilla sugar

Remove the mold on the doll and sprinkle with a thick flour.
In a bowl, mix flour, lemon peel, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla sugar
and an apple grated on a rough grater.
In the second pot, sift the egg and mix the must and the melted butter.
Combine both parts to make a smooth dough. Pour it into the mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes or until the cake is done. You can try this with a skewer.

The recipe for how to warm up in the middle of a cool week is simple and, moreover, can be quite healthy. Wrap apple cider with scented spices and ginger! And if you prefer to get something sharper, add a drop of rum to the adult version.

Ingredients - 4 servings:
800 ml of apple cider
1 whole cinnamon
4 cloves
2 cm of fresh ginger
2 bags of black tea
lemon and apple for administration

Put the must in a pot and add cinnamon and cloves.
Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Add it to the must.
Put the mustard to the boil and allow for 2 minutes to cook. Then shut down.
Drop the tea bags into the must and leave for about 3 minutes to leaven. Then remove and drain the must.
Put the cooked must in 4 cups and serve with lemon and a piece of fresh apple.

Oatmeal, it's a breakfast classic. We have a vegan version with apple, raisins, plums and crunchy slices of almonds. It's done in ten minutes!

Ingredients - 1 serving:
60 g oat flakes
350 ml of cider
a pinch of ground cinnamon
a handful of raisins
a bunch of almonds
plums or other fruits according to your taste

In a pot, mix oatmeal with apple cider.
At a moderate degree, bring the mixture to boil and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes or soften the flakes. Then shut down and let it rest for a while.
Mix the cinnamon into the slurry and bake it on a plate or bowl.
Grace your almonds, raisins and fresh fruit.
