How to protect your eyes from the sun? Not just sunglasses!

In summer, we spend a lot of time outdoors, by water and sunshine. But the eyes can pay for a high tax. Pay attention to the following tips. This will help protect your eyes from the effects of the sun's rays.

Put on your hat. Strike your summer outfit with a wide hem! You will look great and your hat will protect you from the direct effects of the sun's rays.

Wear sunglasses.
Big sunglasses are not only supermodel accessories but also provide greater protection for your eyes. Look for glasses that will suit you, but at the same time protect you from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. UV radiation is part of sunlight and is worth its side effects, such as skin cancer and eye damage.

Protect and save. Wearing sunglasses will surely protect your eyes from the sun. Particularly useful are models that block 100% UV radiation. You do not have to worry about paying for them or choosing from a limited range. Many brands offer full protection, wide selection and low prices.

Bet on polarized lenses. Polarized lenses reduce the intensity of radiation reflected from surfaces such as car bodies or water levels. Sunglasses with polarized lenses are a good choice when spending time at the beach, by the pool and in water sports. Also, some eyeglass makers come with polarized lenses - simply great choices for those who spend a lot of time in the water.

Get your swimming glasses. If you wear contact lenses, it is necessary to remove them before bathing. Bacteria and other micro-organisms can cause them to cause infection, under certain conditions. Appropriate aids are swimming spectacles that prevent contact of pool chemicals and aquatic microorganisms with eyes. At the same time make sure the glasses are UV protected. Sunlight is strongly reflected from the water surface and may increase the risk of harmful UV radiation.

Look at time. The sun's rays burn most strongly between 10 am and 3 pm, so wearing sunglasses at this time. If it's a little bit possible, do not go to the sun at all.
