Do you also like the combination of sweet and sour? Try a rhubarb dessert recipe containing ripe strawberries and a pleasant coconut flavor. Bake from quality and ideally local ingredients.


190 g of flour flour
120 g of semolina sugar
1 vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
50 g of dissolved butter
3 eggs
200 g of white yoghurt
200 g strawberries
150 g rhubarb
Cleansing butter
Shredded coconut


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Remove the form with butter and sprinkle with grated coconut.
Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in the bowl.
In the second bowl, try white yoghurt, yolks and butter. Remove the snow from the whites.
Clean strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces.
Rinse the rhubarb, clean and cut into small pieces.
Mix the loose portion with the yoghurt and, finally, stir the snow.
Pour the dough into the mold and add it to the fruit. You can still sprinkle the cake with coconut.
Put the cake in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes.

Ingredients for dough:
330 g of plain flour
170 g of butter
6 g of salt

60 ml of cold water

Ingredients for filling:

250 ml of milk
250 ml cream 33%
6 eggs
salt and pepper
250 g of fresh spinach
70 g of Gran Moravia cheese


Pour all dough ingredients into the bowl and make a smooth dough. Store it for half an hour in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and spin the spinach. Sprinkle the spinach with boiling water and then drain it.
If necessary, cover the spinach slightly. Cut the cheese finely.
Spread the egg in the bowl, add cream, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
Remove the dough from the fridge, roll it and unpack it in a cake form.
Drop the spinach on the dough and sprinkle it with a cream mixture.
Put the cake in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes or golden.


Come and enjoy tomatoes this time in baked form, in a salty cake that you can serve both for breakfast or snack and for lunch as a main course. 4 tomatoes

1. Make a loose mixture of smooth flour and cold butter with your hands.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and make a smooth dough.
3. Pack the dough into the food foil and store for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
