The eight symptoms that asthma may experience

Asthma is a chronic illness that you do not have to notice for a long time. Breathing difficulties are often attributed to polluted environment or poor physical fitness. But the sooner the treatment begins, the easier the condition is optimized. So how do you recognize the symptoms of asthma?


In the cities it breeds worse

Asthma is caused by a combination of hereditary and acquired factors. Affects all ages, mostly in childhood. Allergies are often associated with asthma, but it is not the rule. Symptoms may be mild, but in the later stages, asthma attacks can even endanger a person's life. In some people, the possibility of asthma is higher than in others. Risk factors include:
asthma among close family members,
childhood viral diseases,
early exposure to allergens, allergies,
urban life, polluted air,
children's age,
smoking,
obesity.

Symptoms are inconspicuous

Initially, asthma may be only slightly manifested. Early recognition and doctor visits can save you a lot of inconvenience. What are the symptoms of asthma?
Cough. Chronic cough is a common manifestation of asthma. It can be dry and damp with mucus coughing. Worsening after exercise or at night.
Stuffiness. In asthma, the airways are narrow and full of mucus. Breathing is more difficult. Any anxiety is even worse.
Sneezing. Breathing sound during breathing appears more when exhaled.
Pressure, tight, tight chest. If you feel an uncomfortable pressure on your chest during breathing, it may be caused by the muscle mass around the airways.
Fatigue. During the asthmatic attack, the oxygen supply to the body decreases due to impaired breathing. It's tired and does not have the same strain as before.
Expansion of nasal holes. Asthma is also a sign of asthma enlargement of the nostrils during breathing. This phenomenon occurs mainly in children.
Deep breath and prolonged expiration. As respiratory asthma collapses during exhalation, exhalation is more complex. Exhalation is therefore prolonged compared to normal. By deep breath, the body tries to get enough air.
Anxiety associated with dyspnoea. Breathing problems cause anxiety and anxiety causes breathing problems. It can even cause asthma attacks.


How to Know a Seizure

An asthmatic attack may endanger the patient in life. It is necessary to take immediate medication. If any of the following symptoms do not occur or show up, you should seek medical help quickly if you call a healthcare emergency service. Be careful therefore:
blue or gray-colored lips, face, nails,
extreme breathing difficulties,
problems with talking or walking,
marked anxiety associated with difficulty breathing, confusion,
fever,
pain in the chest,
fast pulse.


If you have difficulty breathing, do not put your doctor's visit. The specialist will help asthma get under control and supply medication for asthma attacks. Regular controls are also important - asthma is a chronic disease, but it is changing over time.
