Can you detect stroke symptoms and provide first aid?

Brain stroke, stroke, is not just an issue for elderly people. It is also increasingly threatening the lives of young people. Do you know the symptoms of a stroke? Would you help if you were witnessing this incident? How does recovery work and what can a family do for a patient?

Cerebral stroke (CMP) may take two forms:
ischemic,
bleeding.

In the ischemic form, a blood clot clogs one of the arteries that bring blood to the brain. Thus, the affected part of the brain is not blooming and non-oxidizing, so it begins to die. A bleeding form occurs as follows: as a result of overpressure inside the blood vessel or head injury, the cerebral artery bursts and the blood is poured onto the surface of the brain. In both cases, the individual is seriously threatened with life. The ischemic type, however, means a greater chance of survival.

Common and uncommon symptoms

Typical stroke symptoms include:
headache,
blurred, blurred vision,
loss of mouth or eyelid,
incomprehensible speech,
weakness of the upper or lower limb,
loss of body coordination and dizziness,
polio of one half of the body.

Uncommon symptoms include:
loss of sensitivity of some body parts,
confusion and loss of memory,
behavior change,
muscle stiffness,
swallowing or hiccups,
spontaneous eye movements.

weakness of the limb and inability to walk.

Early rehabilitation is important

Rehabilitation of patients following stroke is as early as possible. This procedure produces the best results with minimal life consequences. While treatment sometimes does not allow full rehabilitation after an accident, healthcare facilities employ qualified rehabilitation staff. They visit patients regularly and help with rehabilitation on the bed. Some families use the services of mobile rehabilitation nurses. They commute to clients at home and work with them at home.

Family Recovery

Stroke may cause personality changes. Some patients, although active in the past, may reject not only rehabilitation and exercise, but also their surroundings and people around them. Psychic is important during recovery, so it is necessary to keep a personal contact with the patient and to communicate with him regularly. Communicating family with sick and medical staff helps a person recover after a stroke. The family contributes to fulfilling the treatment plan and speeds up the return of the patient to full-blown life.
