Cuban Porno para Ricardo returns to Europe: the Colours of Ostrava and MeetFactory For the first time in a complete line-up will arrive in summer to Europe Cuban punk band Porno para Ricardo, that the "island of freedom" due to their criticism of the Castro regime for disabled artists. Speakers 21st July for the second main stage of the festival Colours of Ostrava and a day later in the MeetFactory.

His home debut has seen its frontman Gorki Águila Carrasco with Czech band two years ago, thanks to an invitation ops curtain and Festival United Islands Czech Savings Bank at the festival on an island and then within weeks of freedom on Wenceslas Square.
In Prague Porno para Ricardo play together with the Lithuanian-Czech Alaverdi band, concert starts at 20:30 and tickets are on sale 100 CZK.

Porno para Ricardo was founded in 1998 and is considered one of the most visible examples of disagreement island young generation with the Castro regime. Lyrics of their songs are mostly about politics and current Cuban society - a critical and open. Originally the band Cuban cultural scene very well received. In 2003, however, was the frontman Gorki arrested and sentenced to four years in prison. After two years, he was released and the band became one of the most critical of the ruling regime. The result was the prohibition and abolition of its website. In 2008 he was arrested again and Gorki only due to pressure from foreign media escaped with a fine. The band operates a small recording studio for other musicians who can not perform in Cuba.
