Geisslers Hofcomoedianten will again lead a nomadic life in Bohemia and Moravia This year Geisslers Hofcomoedianten organize the fifth edition of the festival palace and monastery theaters. This summer you can see them in South Moravia, Hradec Králové, Olomouc and Zlín regions.

For five years, created under the auspices of the file Geisslers Hofcomoedianten festival, this file would like to remind the disappearing tradition of the castle and monastery theaters throughout the Czech Republic. It is a traveling festival, which always Geisssleři will play one of their productions in places, forgotten theatrical tradition.

For each edition of the festival will also include one of its productions and this year it will be even two. Game of the greatest generals of the baroque era Wallenstein and witchy legend of Lužickosrbská I Krabat. Audiences can once again enjoy unusual treatment of both issues high artistic stylization and typically geisslerovskou playful poetics.

The festival begins in Hradec Kralove region at the Festival of European Regions and will continue into the New Town Metují. At the beginning of August Geisslers enjoying the South Moravian region, with stops at the chateaux in Lednice, Plumlov and Lysics. In late August, will return to Bohemia in Nachod and Kuks hometown festival Theatrum Kuks. His journey ends in early September in the Zlin region in the castle gardens Kroměříže.
