JazzFestBrno: Chick Corea to add more stars and predatory youth The organizers of the 16th annual festival JazzFestBrno presented a complete program of traditional spring jazz festival. The previously announced concerts superstars Chick Corea, Richard Bona and Steve Gadd added a myriad of other class musicians.

From March 23 to May 4 the fans present, among others, American saxophonists Joe Lovano and Chris Potter, drummer funk master Poogie Bell and coveted Benin guitarist Lionel Loueke, which enticed to cooperate saxophonist Czech Lubos Soukup. The organizers, however, for fans prepared much more.

In twelve concerts in the evenings we had to play two dozen bands both from abroad and from the Czech and Slovak scene. Besides those already nearly sold-out concert of Dan Bárta, Robert Balzar Trio and the Brno Philharmonic represents the necessary Vertigo, Concept Art Orchestra under the baton of Stephanie Balcarová trio of guitarist David Doruzek concert jazz legends headed by Peter Lipa.

A glimpse into the program suggests that frequent tool of this year's JazzFest will saxophone. In the hands of the most competent and hear his diverse sound and style position.
