Third Festival Spectacular will conclude on February 12 in Prague's Palac Akropolis Czech premiere of a joint music-dance performances 1st Prague-New York Effect singer Lenka Dusilová a New York dancer, singer and actress Tendayi Kuumba.
Unique combination of vocal art winner of six prizes Angel members contemporary dance group Urban Bush Women noted in its world premiere on February 6 at the Brooklyn Theatre and Jack followed on February 8 in Gonda Theatre - Georgetown University.
The performance was part of an exchange project Prague-New York Effects, organized by the Czech Center New York in cooperation with Palac Akropolis under the auspices of the Czech Ambassador to the US Petr Gandalovič and US Ambassador to the Czech Republic Andrew Schapiro. Its aim is to connect solo dancers and musicians from Prague and New York.
In addition Lenka Dusilová and Tendayi Kuumba within him presents for example Petr Zuska, Jen Shyu, George Bartovanec, Helga Davis, Floex & init and Tami Stronach and individual performances during the year will be listed in both cities.
